Good Stock Records has released a second single “Be The One” as the recent E.P. release “Remote” by The Goodstock Project.

“Be The One” starts out pounding and soaring, and singer June Holland’s vibrato glides above and between the instrumentation like a colorful, gently fluttering bird. “Gotta get me/ Some of that wrinkle cream/ Help smooth out my smile lines,” she sings, referring to the forced smiles of an uncomfortable, or fake, situation.

Be The One – The track opens with cymbal taps that allow the slick heavy riffed guitar to flow effortlessly through the intro as this punchy crisp rock track comes to life. We have melodic soulful vocals that are just out of this world as they drive this foot-stomping beast onwards, the snare drum punches bring the rhythm section to us as the bass kicks provide a backdrop that wraps itself around this excellent piece of music. The pounding mid-section is full of catchy slick grooves that are just hitting us from all sides as the colossal vocals tear through this fantastic track and really elevate the sound to the next level as the band brings us a foot-stomping beast that has depth, soul and a killer melodic vibe that just wants you to put this track on repeat.
