The Fods hit 2026 off the back of a flurry of releases at the end of 2025, which is doing nothing to dispel the rumours that this is going to culminate in the release of a Fods album, although “watch this space” as they say.
Fuel
So to kick off the year we have Fuel, which is centred around a monstrous, growling stoner garage riff. Or is it garage stoner? Answers on a rizla to Good Stock Records.
Another Critchley / Collins, aka Rob and Ol piece with a lot going on in this epic, including a Fods debut and raucous vocal from Nevin, who also chips in with the rip-roaring guitar solo, backing vox from Fod Brother Al, and wailing guitars all over the place.
