Good Stock Records is absolutely bouncing on the sofa with youthful ebullience to announce the 3rd The Goodstock Project single of 2024 : “Just Don’t Stop“.

The inspiration behind “Just Don’t Stop” couldn’t be more quintessentially British!

One evening, as I sat watching Celebrity Gogglebox with a cup of tea, I saw Bez from “Happy Mondays” wearing sunglasses indoors watching TV with Shaun Ryder.

When Shaun asked, “Did you get any sleep at Glasto? You’re a sixty-year-old bloke who’s been to Glastonbury.” Bez shared the secret to his youthful energy: “Just don’t stop”. He explained that people his age tend to slow down and grow old, so the trick is to keep going!

That mantra, the idea that energy and youth are sustained by simply refusing to slow down, became the heartbeat of this song. “Just Don’t Stop” is all about defying the usual aging process and embracing the idea that you’re only as young as you feel.

This track is a high-energy anthem for anyone who refuses to let age dictate their spirit.

Just Don’t Stop Can be heard from 20th Sept 2024 streaming on all platforms and available in hi-definition, non-lossy goodness on Bandcamp.
